Ah Eastern Europe. What can I say? We have learned much since we’ve been on this wayward road. Your monuments speak to the inability of humans to learn from history. Your churches speak to the greed of men. Your city streets speak of the haves and have nots. Your culture speaks to your continued color blindness. Yes, we have learned much, about who we are as people inside these societies, as individuals, as a couple. Life long lessons that will forever change the course of our lives.
