I have long debated putting food posts on my website, and finally decided to run with it. Cooking is something I genuinely enjoy and it’s been a huge part of grounding and meditation for me in life and on this travel journey. I want to share my recipes with you (rather than just teasing you with pictures on social media) so you can eat your way through our travels too!
I am not an ambitious cook so the recipes are simple. We are living in out of the way places so we’re very limited in our ingredients, meaning there shouldn’t be anything abnormal or fancy you have to run out and buy. Veggies, salt, pepper, noodles, broth, non-dairy milk, flour. You know, pantry basics.
Finally, all the recipes are Vegan.
I believe in a cruelty-free diet.
